Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace the item. Check out our handy list below to determine if you are eligible for a replacement.
Somewhere along the way we made a mistake. Not to worry though! If any of the following occur, we will take care of it for you.
- Faulty Product - If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Item Sent If we send you the wrong garment, color or size.
Oops! Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, its up to you to sort things out and unfortunately we cannot replace or refund your item.
- Ordered Wrong Size or Wrong Product - You ordered wrong size.
- Incorrectly Provided Address - If you made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment.
Replacement Request Instructions
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on.
Please follow these instructions for replacement:
1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is print size, please use a ruler.
2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Please include the following:
- The photo(s)
- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number
- If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue
Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days.
*** You MUST Contact us by email to initiate the Refund Process - Refunds will Not be granted if you return an item to us without notification first.***
Refunds are not granted due to longer than expected shipping/processing times. All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days after item has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accomodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIME
By Default, our products are shipped via Standard Shipping within North America. For Standard Shipping to the United States and Canada, please allow between 7 to 20 days for delivery (not including processing time, customs, or mail carrier delays).
Many of our products are also shipped via DHL for faster shipping. These items will be specified in the Product Description. Please check the Description tab for faster shipping times.
For International shipping, please allow between 14 to 40 days (not including processing time, customs, or mail carrier delays).
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
- Once your item(s) has left our warehouse, Favored Goods is unable to control delays due to customs, or mail carriers. We ship all of our items ASAP. Delivery time may vary.
- Items can occasionally get held up in customs, which will ultimately delay the overall delivery time. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond Favored Goods' control.
- For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive your items in separate deliveries, on different days. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. We do this to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
After payment has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
Once your order has been received, please allow approx. 1 - 7 business days for processing before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your delivery information and tracking number if available.
**Once your order has been shipped no further changes can be made to your order details (ex: size, color, qty, address changes). Please ensure you order the correct items/sizes/colors etc at time of purchase. Refunds cannot be granted due to incorrect size, color, qty, or wrong address. **
